What I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY body and needs… not random fads from people online and programs designed for those who function at a lower stressed state.
I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Staying in burnout was not an option or worse, ending up hospitalized with organ failure with the onset of Addison's disease (beyond burnout) was not an option.
I was all in.
So I found someone who understood how my body functioned at a higher stressed state, took courses they suggested and read and studied every course and research journals I could get my hands on.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching to you up until this point.
I reversed my burnout and my body is functioning better than it ever has in my entire life. I’m physically doing better in sports and my workouts and have a clearer brain now than I did before my 40’s and kids were a part of the picture.
This was my turning point.
Through my life with my Police Officer husband, we adapted everything I learned from my 25 yrs career training athletes and high level executives mindset, physical and nutrition to peak in their career and added my new research and learnings for my burnout recovery to work on my husbands crazy work schedule, with all of the unknowns thrown at him each and every shift.
He was thriving.
Though, I realized his colleagues were suffering like I had. I knew I was on to something and I created 911 Lifestyle to help them.
