My background was in athletics. I’m on 25+ years as a personal trainer, mid way through my career I got the point of burnout where I could not even work out. For 14 years of my career.       Is this a group program?
      Yes. We have found that you get more out of a group as others ask questions that will benefit you in the group forum and coaching calls and knowing others are going through what you are going through and are there to support, motivate and keep you accountable is invaluable and not possible with an individual program.  
      How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
      Everyone is at different stages of life. Some have young kids that take a lot of their time while others are single or their kids are grown and out of the house. Some have a lot of commitments and others do not. This program is designed to go at your own pace. Some finish it in 3-4 months while others it takes longer.
