Hi, I’m Andi Clark, founder of 911 Lifestyle and the wife of a Police Officer.
I’m an expert in stress and I teach Police Officers how to reduce the many negative effects shift work has on their lives.

Through my husbands career as an officer my focus has been on preventing the burnout, exhaustion, tanked immune system and even PTSD that I know can result from poorly managed stress, not to mention the toll things take on family life.

As I watched his co-workers struggle with everything from serious health issues to divorce, PTSD and even suicide it became apparent how LIFE-SAVING the foundations I was laying down for my husband actually were, because not only was he tolerating the shiftwork lifestyle, he was thriving in it.

I knew that that the strategies my husband was using MUST become available to all Police Officers. It’s been hard to watch others suffering when I know there is a solution.
